A must-try for those of us whose love language is going for a coffee and a pastry.

The most popular bakeries in Ireland have been revealed, with fifteen across the country getting a shoutout.

Pulled together by Betway, the betting website used the number of hashtags and views each place has racked up on Instagram, as well as Trip Advisor rankings to determine which bakery was the most popular.

While Dublin bakeries occupy six of the 15 locations listed below, the ultimate winner comes a little south of the capital, with Wicklow-based company Firehouse Bakery claiming the top-spot. This should come as no surprise, given how many spots around the country use their bread for sandwiches, amongst other goods.

In addition to freshly prepared sourdough breads and pastries, this establishment provides artisanal brewed coffee and boasts a central wood-fired oven that plays a key role in crafting their offerings, making it a must-try for pastry enthusiasts.

Firehouse have two Wicklow locations, one in the town on Abbey Street, and one in Delgany.
