There are few things that impress us more than a creatively put together sandwich. While not all sandwich combinations are winners, we think this one will go down a treat. Glovers café in Bray has a new sandwich special called ‘Get Figgy With Me’ and it sounds amazing.

The sandwich consists of brie, bacon, fig jam, and rocket; a classic mix of sweet and salty, and we’re here for it. You can make it a combo with a cup of soup for the perfect lunchtime meal.
Glovers café opens Monday to Saturday 8-4, and on Sundays 9-4.
