There's no doubt about it, Cork really does outdoor dining right.

From pedestrianising the Princes Street last summer to create space for tables and chairs, to providing huge colourful umbrellas to protect lunchers and brunchers from the inevitable odd shower (although we are remaining hopeful that leaving cert weather will hit any minute now), it's one of the cities that's ensured an "outdoor summer" can really work.

Here's a list of some fab places to try out along Cork's favourite al fresco street:

Winner of the VFI Best Cork pub, Clancys is a Cork institution. From brunch to pizza to pub grub, there's something for everyone. You can't go wrong.

Nash 19

Nash 19 is a restaurant, food shop and gallery. Great for a browse around and for some delicious locally sourced dinner as a reward for being sooo cultural.

Tedo Tapas

Tapas are always a crowdpleaser - why just have one dish when you can have five? With delish paella and sangria, this is the perfect spot for date night.

Burnt Pizza

Nothin' beatsa pizza. Especially Neapolitan pizza with this crust of dreams. Check it out *drool*

Ristorante Rossini

Chicken parm, tortellini and lasagne to rival Carmela Soprano's, head to Rossini's for some serious comfort food.

If you're looking to celebrate the easing of restrictions and soak up some summer city vibes, Princes St is the place to be. You'll be spoilt for choice!
