Exciting news for Ennistymon foodies.

The Eatyard team is headed west once more for their 3rd series of Eatyard presents Sunday Sessions at Pot Duggans.

Sunday Sessions are one-off dinners hosted by Eatyard in the lovingly restored 19th-century Pot Duggans barns. Chefs are invited from around Ireland to cook and host a convivial three-course dinner with produce from local Clare food producers. After two sold-out series so far in 2019 and 2021, Eatyard are back with an exciting line up of chefs from all over the country for the next round of Sunday Sessions.

  • Kicking things off on April 3rd, Kevin Burke will join from Library Street in Dublin. Burke was previously head chef at Michelin starred The Ninth in London returning to Dublin in 2019 where he worked with the Allta team. In 2021 he opened Library Street in Dublin 2 and has quickly gained a stellar reputation and following for his vibrant, modern Irish food.

Awarded Best Chef in Connaught at the Food & Wine Awards 2021, Walsh has an impressive CV that includes Chapter One, Tom Aikens in London, Benu in San Franciso, Noma in Copenhagen, Loam in Galway. Éan was awarded a Michelin Bib Gourmand in 2022.

  • After a summer hiatus, the dinners will return on September 25th with ex-Noma chefs Bart Pawlukojc and Nicole Server-Pawlukojc from Áran in Kilkenny, one of the most exciting bakeries & bistros in Ireland. Their creative cooking focuses on local and seasonal ingredients, perfect for Pot Duggan’s Sunday Sessions.

  • On October 23rd, Eatyard welcomes Aisling Moore from Goldie in Cork. Named as McKenna Guides 2019 ‘Chef of the Year’, Moore has become well known for her ‘whole catch’ approach when it comes to cooking seafood and for Goldie’s fun, inventive cooking. She will no doubt have plenty to play with when it comes to working with Clare fish and food producers.
