Forget cruffins, it's all about croffles now.

Society café just opened in Kildare Village last week and they're serving up croffles, a delicacy that's a mixture between a croissant and a waffle. The specialty coffee spot uses Never A Day's Trouble coffee beans, who are based in Ashford and also available to order online HERE. They are also the sister company to The Fat Fox, which should speak to how good the beans are (The Fat Fox is a must try when in Greystones). https://www.instagram.com/p/CeePdAsF8sR/ The croffle is made with the pastry of a croissant, but pressed into the shape of a waffle. And if a croffle is a little bit too much for you (they certainly look hefty af) Society also serves the Stroop Wafel, which is a thin and round waffle cookie. You can check out their whole menu HERE - they have everything from a Beetroot latte to Belgian White cocoa. Ideal if you need a little snack post retail therapy.
