It’s no secret at this stage – the people of Ireland love an aul iced coffee.
Once that forecast hits over 15 degrees we instantly become cold coffee fiends, and during weather like this? The obsession only intensifies.
Maybe you have eyes for iced oat lattes only, and if so, we totally get it. But if you’re always on the hunt for a new type of icer to try, you might be into this creation from Bad Habits cafe in Naas:

I know what you’re thinking.. what IS she? Where does she come from? Well, what you see before you is a cold brew tonic, the likes of which I personally haven’t come across before. Cold brew foam is added to tonic water and smoked pear bitters from Irish company Beara Bitters to create this fizzy dream – it’s kind of giving me an ice cream float vibe but with that all important hit of caffeine we so badly crave. As you’ll see in the vid, the cold brew foam is sprayed out almost like whipped cream to create this refreshing delight, and we’re seriously intrigued. If you’re interested in giving it a go, get yourself down to Bad Habits this Saturday or Sunday (28th/29th).
