The brainchild of two Dublin chefs, the weekly seafood meal boxes will be available every Wednesday and Friday.

Teasing that “something very exciting” was to be announced today, all was revealed at 3pm when well-known restaurateur Niall Sabongi took to social media to announce the good news.

The man behind other Dublin businesses such as Claw and The Salty Buoy food truck, Niall enlisted the help of his friend Mickael Viljanen.

The head chef at Michelin-starred Dublin restaurant The Greenhouse, the duo have teamed up to work on a selection of weekly seafood meal boxes with both midweek and weekend options available. Launching next Friday, each meal is designed to feed two to four people  – with lots of add ons also available.
