A vegan roast – ideal for anyone completely plant-based, or for those just trying to incorporate some more veggies into their daily diet.

Brought to you by a new Irish meatless brand, Thanks Plants is here to take the stress out of Sunday lunch. Fresh off the success of their festive nut roast, the team has just launched a new everyday version that would make for a great Easter feast for the veggies/vegans in your life.

Packed full of tasty wholesome ingredients, it’s best served with all the trimmings… you know, spuds, carrots and lashings of gravy. Look at that for a spread. *Insert heart eyes here.*

Speaking of the new product, founder of Thanks Plants, Aisling Cullen commented:

“Our Festive Roast sold really well and feedback from customers was that they would like a similar product that they could eat all year round. They also wanted a smaller product as many said they are the only vegetarian or vegan in their family so this serves 2-3 people. It’s ideal for a midweek dinner and the leftovers can be used in a sandwich the next day.”

Monica Gellar’s vegan moist maker anyone?

Adding that the new roast is “not just for vegans or vegetarians”, Aisling finished by saying:

“We are finding that many people are trying to reduce their consumption of meat so this is a good alternative dinner for at least one day of the week.”

Available in a number of stores across the country, Thanks Plants has just added some new Dublin stockists to the list with the Everday Roast to be found in Dublin Food Co-Op, most Nourish stores, The Good Neighbour Dundrum, Cornucopia and Small Changes in Duumcondra. You can find the full list of stockists here.
