5 weeks after teasing their new spot, Coffee Works’ 5th café is finally set to open!

Coffee Works teased a new location in Trim back in April. It’s the café’s fifth location in Ireland and their first outside of Dublin. You can find their Dublin cafés in Swords, Blanchardstown, as well as two spots in the Lucan area. This week they expand into the rest of Ireland, starting off in Trim, Meath, from Tuesday 24th May.

Coffee Works serves specialty coffee made with their very own Groundwork Coffee Company beans. Tristan and Graeme, owners of Coffee Works and Groundwork Coffee Co, founded the micro roastery in 2020; they also sell their beans online HERE and have 17 stockists across Ireland.

The café will open seven days a week, 7:30am to 5pm Monday to Friday, and 9am to 5pm on Saturdays and Sundays, same as in their Dublin locations.

You can find Coffee Works on Emmet Street in Trim. Where do you think they’ll expand to next?
