Mars has announced it will launch Galaxy Vegan in the UK and Ireland.
Mars has come to the rescue of chocolate-loving vegans everywhere, announcing that it will release vegan milk chocolate versions of their popular Galaxy bar.
The first major mainstream confectioner to offer a plant-based alternative to milk chocolate, it will be available in three different flavours.

Certified by the Vegan Society the new bars include smooth orange, caramel and sea salt and caramelised hazelnut.
While all dark chocolate is vegan due to the lack of dairy, plant-based alternatives of milk chocolate are harder to come by.
Galaxy Vegan will be available in 111 Irish Tesco stores from November 19th, as well as through a distributor and online via Ocado.
They sound bloody delicious to be fair, regardless of if you’re vegan or not.
