January is here and we’re not feeling too proud of the amount we ate and drank over the past few weeks.
Thankfully there is a solution if you don’t fancy going on a diet or temporarily giving up drink – healthy wine!
Scientists at the National University of Singapore have produced a new tofu-based wine packed with antioxidants, prebiotics and calcium.
The drink, which is called Sachi, contains 7-8% alcohol and apparently tastes sweet and fruity.
A patent has been filed for the unique creation and the team behind it are hoping to introduce it to the market soon.
