Exciting news for all speciality coffee stans.

Kinsale has always been a beautiful place to visit, but in the last ten years or so it’s established itself as something of a foodie haven. Instrumental in this is the impressive selection of cafés across the sit-in, horsebox and takeaway categories, and we’ve just learned that one of our absolute favourites is expanding.

Wild and Tame, the colourful horsebox café just across the water from Kinsale Beach have announced they’re branching out with a brick and mortar location in the heart of the town. And you could be popping in for your morning brew sooner than you think, as they’re hoping to have the doors open by December.

In a post on Instagram, the team wrote:

So some of you guys have spotted our colours in Kinsale and yes we are opening a second location in Kinsale town and we are only buzzzzin.

They added that they’ll be keeping their horsebox café along with the new spot, as “there is a lot of love for that little box, so many beauty memories”.

Visitors to the new café can expect the same delicious Stone Valley coffee and assortment of treats, as well as “some glam new bits” to be revealed. What a time to be alive.
