If you live in Sligo or perhaps plan to visit the town soon they have a brand new restaurant that opened last week and it looks delish.

Hooked on Rockwood Parade is open just over a week now and has already proven to be a big hit with locals.

The restaurant run by restaurateur Anthony Gray, serves not only a dinner service, but brunch too everyday – and everything looks really tasty and the quirky setting makes it all that bit nicer to enjoy it in.

From slow cooked pork belly, a jumbo sausage roll to a twist on egg’s benedict there is a lot to choose from and the desserts look mouth watering.
