This Galway Bar Is Serving Up Gin Pancakes For Pancake Tuesday

Pancake Tuesday is up there with Christmas Day as being one of our favourite events of the year.

And just when we thought a day dedicated solely to eating as many delish pancakes as we want couldn’t get any better, it actually did.

Tigh Nora gin bar in Galway will be serving up a stunning combination of pancakes and gin tomorrow to celebrate pancake Tuesday.

Pancake and gin lovers will have two choices of delicious pancake toppings to choose from tomorrow – vanilla ice cream infused with Drumshambo Gunpowder Irish Gin, and Mór Irish Gin infused in a pineapple & mango compote.

Tigh Nora will be serving the pancakes from 12pm on Tuesday, and it sounds like the perfect way to spend tomorrow’s lunch break (just don’t tell your boss!).
