Enlisting the help of renowned designer Pete Casby, the place has all the markings of a bopping après-ski bar.
Expect plenty of warming whiskeys served in bespoke festive mugs and even a special wintry cocktail menu.
Libations on offer include a 'Terry's Irish Coffee' made with orange liqueur, chocolate and cream. Along with a 'Hot Pink Gin' made with pink gin, rosehip tea, lemon and honey.

I'll be heading straight down to try the 'Hot Buttered Rum' though. Made with Havana especial, ginger and cinnamon butter and dark brown sugar...I think they should rename it 'Hot Buttered YUM'.
Make sure to check out to the beer garden where the magical elves will make it snow throughout the day. All to the sweet musical melodies of Dean Martin's Let It Snow.
There you'll also find a special 'wishing well', where you can drop your spare change for a good cause as all funds will go to the Galway Samaritans.
According to bar owner Malachy Duggan it's "a haven for those who are tired of navigating their way through overflowing 'steins' to get to the bar".

Adding that they've been busy plotting and planning this "grown-up' Christmas pub" for months, Malachy says that they're all "really excited" to finally see it come to life.
Evening events include Christmas movies, themed table quizzes and various craft workshops where you can learn how to make mini-Christmas jumpers, handmade cards and wreaths. Sending the festive meter into overdrive.
