My Boy Blue in Dingle is known as an elite sandwich shop. They take toasties seriously, coming up with delicious combinations for their customers. Now they are welcoming back a fan favourite: The Mac and Cheese Melt. I mean, stick mac n cheese in anything and it’s going to taste incredible.

This sandwich boasts carbs galore, made with macaroni, cheddar cheese, gruyere, bacon, sandwiched together with delicious sourdough bread. The crispiness of the bacon is bound to set off the gooeyness of the cheese in a perfect blend of textures. A balanced meal if you ask us, and an incredibly taste one at that. We are officially jealous of everyone who lives in Dingle that gets to enjoy these bad boys on the regular. The Mac n Cheese sambos are available for takeaway over the weekend. Why not pair it with a delicious coffee while you’re there?
