Katy Thornton

If you’re looking for some festive coffee beans, we’ve got you covered!

If you’re anything like us, the second December comes, you need everything to taste and smell like Christmas. That includes your morning cup of coffee. Luckily, there’s lot of coffee brands that recognise this need, and have produced Christmas coffee blends just for the occasion. Ideal as a stocking filler, or just a little pressie from you to you.

Ariosa Coffee

Ariosa has three coffees in their Christmas blend this year; Costa Rica El Cedral, Brazil Sitio Serra, India Gems of Araku. You can pick up the Ariosa Christmas coffee blend in their Louth or either of their Meath stores, or on their website HERE.

Full Circle Roasters

This anaerobic fermented Christmas coffee blend from Full Circle Roasters has notes of cinnamon, stewed apples, and cloves. We can practically taste it already. You can pick up this blend HERE.

3fe Coffee

The perfect stocking filler for a coffee lover this Christmas. This year’s Christmas coffee blend from 3fe has notes of cranberry, orange zest, chocolate, and brandy. You can pick it up now on 3fe.com as well as on their shelves in Grand Canal Street, Sussex Terrace, Five Point, IFSC and The Triangle in Ranelagh.

Calendar Coffee

The Merry Christmas Filter from Calendar Coffee has flavours of honeycomb, plum and salted chocolate, making it perfect for brewing in big batches and best enjoyed with an extra helping of Christmas pudding or a mince pie. Pick up a bag HERE.

Bean In Dingle

Truly one of Ireland’s cutest coffee spots (and that’s saying something) Bean in Dingle have a Winter blend for this time of year. One smooth cup of this blend will have notes of both sweet and spicy flavours, with subtle hints of grape, raspberry, jam, cinnamon, and chocolate. You can pick yours out HERE.

Cool Hand Coffee Roasters

Cool Hand Coffee Roasters has been expanded since it first opened in September 2021. They now have three Dublin cafés, one in Inchicore, one on Baggot Street Upper and one on Mayor Street. This year they have two Christmas coffee blends, one ideal for Espresso, French Press, and Moka Pot, and one good for V60 and Chemex. You can get a bag HERE.

Roasted Brown

This Wicklow based coffee business ships internationally, and has three Christmassy flavours on offer. We have Filter 1 called El Diamente, a gorgeous blend of Mexico El Chango Honey and Costa Rica El Diamante Anaerobic, with taste notes of boozie plumb pudding, cinnamon, and candied orange. Filter 2 is named their Christmas blend, with notes of red apple and cinnamon butter strudel with candied orange and clove. Lastly they have espresso with the same notes as the Christmas blend. You can pick up your coffee of choice HERE.

Vice Coffee Inc

Vice Coffee’s Christmas offering is called Santa Claude this year. This filter coffee has the taste of cassis, grapefruit, and damson. And I know it has nothing to do with the flavour, but the packaging is pretty stinking cute too. Perfect for the coffee lover in your life this Christmas time. You can pick up yours HERE.
