We know it's still far away yet but much like thinking about your Christmas party, you need to start thinking about the hols.

You want to suck as much time out of the festive season as possible and 2018 is just the perfect year to do that.

So, here's the sitch.

Christmas Eve is on a Monday and that means that there's a weekend two days before and Bank Holidays two days after it.

The 27th and 28th are working days - boo - and New Year's Eve is a Monday which means the Tuesday is another Bank Holiday.

Soooo, ladies and gentlemen:

If you book off Christmas Eve, The 27th, The 28th and New Year's Eve, you will get 11 days of an uninterrupted holiday.

We repeat, go to your manager now and book off the 24th, 27th, 28th and 31st.

But do it before the rest of your team find out.
