10 Deadly Festival Hair And Makeup Looks You Need To Try Out For Electric Picnic

Alana Laverty

The time is almost upon us ladies and gentleman.

The time to trek to Stradbally with bags of glitter, tutus, wellies and tents.

It’s EP time and we’re trawling the internet for hair and makeup inspo.

We’re going all out this year. As should you.

With one of these fun and colourful hair and makeup looks:

1. Leprechaun glitter makeup

Not sure if this is what the artist set out to do, but this makeup look really reminds us of the Irish flag.

All that white, green and orange.

Let your inner patriot loose.

2. Majestic pink fairy

Glitter, diamonds and white stripes – this one will set you you apart from the crowd for sure.

3. Mermaid vibes and glitter tears

It’s definitely out there, but if done correctly this look will work wonders and get all heads turning in your direction.

4. Gold lights

Cryin’ glitter all over the gaff.

This one isn’t too complex so if you’re not bothered going all out – you’ll find this nice and easy.

5. Glitter roots festival hair

Our girl Chloe Boucher hookin’ us up with an easy yet stunning ‘do for festivals.

Glitter roots landed on the scene last year, but we’re hoping they’ll stick around for a while.

6. Grunge ‘n’ glitter

A two-in-one here.

You’ve got your smokey brown eyes, plenty ‘o’ glitter and all topped off with glitter roots and cool hair rings.

7. Bold red and bronze glow-up

Super contoured and sculpted with colour galore. It’s definitely an unusual one and we bet it’d look deadly in pics.

All ’bout that ‘gram.

We’re loving her hair too.

8. Gold glitter tears with bold cat eyeliner

We absolutely adore this one. Not too crazy colour-wise but super funky all the same.

Only thing we’d add is some white liner to the inner tear duct for extra brightness.

9. Rainbow half cut crease

James Charles is the master of all things makeup so you know he got you covered for EP hun:

10. Pink punk

Let your inner girly girl out for a bop with this fun glittery look:

Go forth, frolic and be a festival fairy.
