Anyone who knows me will know that I am totally and utterly obsessed with makeup. In fact, there are few days I’d go without it. I really feel like I’m not ready for the day until I’ve fixed up my brows and drawn on my signature eyeliner flicks.
There is no better feeling than finding a new staple item for your makeup bag, a product that you know you’ll go back to time and time again and you have full faith in every time. When I find one of these golden gems I can’t help but tell everyone about it.
Here are some products I’ve been having a bit of a love affair with as of late:
1. 24-Hour Brow Setter – Benefit
I’m not even kidding when I say that I went on a bit of a Benefit spree before Christmas and purchased nearly every brow product they own. In my defence, most of them came in a gift set.
If there is one brand I trust when it comes to brows it’s Benefit.
This product is like hairspray for your brows – It keeps them looking fierce for the entire day. Having a good shape to your brow is a must and if you’re like me and you want them to be a little feathery, this product is a godsend.
I may not have Cara Delivigne’s eyebrows but I’m one step closer thanks to this wonder-product.
2. Rouge Velvet Lipstick – Bourjois
Usually when it comes to make up I buy one product for one area – Brows, eyelashes, cheeks, eyes etc. When it comes to lips however, I seem to have accumulated a pretty large collection. I do find myself however, using this product the most out of all my lipsticks.
The Rouge Velvet collection is one of the only lipsticks that I’ve found really, really easy to apply. Like, I’d literally have it on and looking perfect in a matter of seconds. Even better, it lasts for hours.

3. Dip It Eyeliner – Sleek
Eyeliner is my muse. I genuinely don’t feel like myself until I’ve drawn my big flicks on my eyes.
Through the years I’ve tried hundreds of different eyeliners and this one for me is the winner. It doesn’t dry out, it doesn’t crumble and it’s super easy to create a sleek (pun intended) and sharp wing with it.
I get asked about what eyeliner I use more than any other product – This is always my answer.

4. Brush Set – Madison Makeup
Is there anything more satisfying than having a new set of makeup brushes though?
This set has really impressed me and is now my go-to whenever I’m applying make up. The foundation brush (M1) is probably my favourite of all – It’s super easy to blend with it.
It’s also super affordable at only €39.95.
Glam AF.

5. Killawatt Highlighter – Fenty
We all need a bit of Shimmer in our lives and this beauty is so wonderfully pigmented it makes my heart sing.
I have it in metal moon, which is ideal for a paler shade.

6. All-Nighter – Urban Decay
I’ve been using this foundation for a few years now and every time I try something new I just keep comparing it to this. I adore this foundation, it’s easy to blend, it stays on and it has a really nice, natural finish.
The best in the buis.

7. Freedom Palette – Inglot
Doing eyeshadow is definitely my favourite part of all when it comes to makeup.
I have found myself in the past getting frustrated however, that I was spending €40/50 on a palette that had colours in it I’d never use. The Freedom Palette from Instagram is the perfect solution to this problem – You fill it with the colours you want to use.
My go-to shades are 26,287 and 335.
