Ireland’s Sexiest Accent Has Been Revealed – And We Can’t Help But Agree

Ireland is full of sexy accents, but at the end of the day there can only be one winner.

A new survey has revealed that Donegal has the nation’s favourite brogue, snapping up 37% of the vote.

The lovely lilt left the people of Cork (13%) and Dublin (12%) in the dust.

But it’s not all bad news for the Dubs – men from the capital were voted the most handsome in all the land (28%) while the women were voted the most beautiful (27%).

The stun huns were also chosen as the best ladies to propose to (21%), with their Galway kin coming in second place (16%).

Outside of Ireland, Italy was crowned number one when it came to good looks (29%), while the French accent made respondents weak at the knees (24%).

The research, which was carried out by Jury’s Inn, surveyed over 1,000 people across Ireland.
