Joe Wicks, aka The Body Coach, will step up to the plate as the nation’s designated PE teacher once again.
An initiative he started way back in March at the onset of the first lockdown, Joe Wicks – also commonly referred to as The Body Coach – has confirmed that his free online PE classes will make a return next week.
Knowing the effect that a national lockdown can have on people, Wicks is keen to do his bit to help keep kids fit and healthy and will be taking to social media three times a week to get pulses racing.
Announcing that “PE with Joe is back”, he shared more details over on his Instagram page.
“Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9am starting next week. Please tag your friends and family and share this as much as possible. We all need this for our mental health more than ever and exercising can help.”

Commending him for the generous gesture, several fans were quick to thank him with one describing his classes as “a shining light in the gloom”.
Using little to no equipment, his early lockdown classes proved to be a very popular way to get a sweat on and over five million people clicked on to watch PE with Joe over the first few days.
