If you’re reading this and you’re on your way to or are at Electric Picnic right now, hate you btw.

Only joking, we’re just extremely jealous you’re going to have a ball and it’s more than likely not your first festival this year.

No matter how many you’ve gone to, however, this is the festival you need to finish up the season with.

Soul Space The Experience 2018 in Galway is a wellness festival that’s on the 22nd of September and after all the hustle and bustle of the summer, you need to learn about looking after yourself.

Your health is being challenged like never before in today’s world but at Soul Space, they want to “awaken the society as to how they can best live and adapt in the modern world, in a more healthy and prosperous way.”

They want to teach you how to better understand to heal yourself in times of stress.

“We believe a new era of consciousness is awakening, and it is important that we allow our awareness, knowledge and understanding of how the mind, body and spirit are directly linked and connected to the development of our emotional, physical and psychological health and wellbeing.”

There’s three different stages: Soul Arena, Banquet Hall and Tower Castle and there you will be put through five different stages – breathe, heal, nourish, awaken and thrive.

Gates & Registration open from 8:00am to 9:00am, first Session starts at 9:15am and the day will finish at 6:00pm.

There’s a whole host of famous speakers including: Brent Pope, Sile Seoighe, Kathryn Thomas, Gerry Hussey, Jessica Barr and Brendan Maher as well as a load of other people from all walks of life.

Tickets for the festival in Claregalway Castle are €110 and accommodation is being provided at special rates for those who attend by three different hotels in the county.
