What brings your family together? Is it a good movie on the telly, or a cheeky take-away?
Well, according to new research carried out by CenterParcs Ireland, the key to a happy family is actually being physically active together.
Very active families experience 48% more "family togetherness" than inactive ones, so it might be time to get off that couch.
The survey, which was carried out among parents of children aged 16 and under, found that quality time, moments of closeness and work/life balance also contributed to a family's overall happiness.
Four in ten parents revealed they were dissatisfied with their work/life balance, and mothers spent 25% more time with their children than fathers did.
Interestingly, working parents had the same amount of "quality time" with kids as stay-at-home parents.
