A brand-new 80s themed coffee drive-thru has just opened in Ashbourne… nothing but the best for the Royal County, eh?Â
I’m a big believer in the ‘hug in a mug’ mentality – whatever the brew, wrapping your hands around something warm somehow really helps when the midday slump hits. Placebo or not, there’s great comfort in a cuppa – regardless of what your brew of choice is.
Coffee has long been top of my list (closely followed by tea and hot chocolate) and café lovers down in Ashbourne are in luck as a new drive-thru has just opened. To be found at Ashbourne Retail Park, the place is easily recognisable by its colourful 80s themed exterior and bright sign.
A surefire cure for a case of the blues, The Little Bean has all sorts to offer including coffee (obvs), protein balls, chocolate brownies, toasties, doughnuts… the list goes on.

Making sure they cater to four-legged customers as well, they even have puppuccinos on the menus so be sure to bring your doggo along if they’re within your 5km.

Open Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm and 10am to 4pm on weekends. If it’s good enough for Nugget, it’s most certainly good enough for us.
