€500,000 Worth Of Cannabis Seized At A Kildare Shopping Centre

€500,000 worth of cannabis herb was seized by Gardai from the Drugs and Organised Crime Bureau in Kildare town yesterday evening.

25 kilos of the drug was discovered in a search of two vehicles at a shopping centre close to the town, which took place just before 7.30pm.

Two men were arrested at the scene and are both in their 30s.

They are currently being detained at Naas Garda Station detained under section two of the Criminal Justice (Drug Trafficking) Act.
