A Genius Plan To Win The Eurovision Has Been Hatched Between Ireland And Australia

An alliance between Ireland and Australia has been forged in a bid to win the Eurovision... and we kinda love it.

The treaty, as it is now known, is the brainchild of two Australian radio presenters, Kyle and Jackie O from Kiis 1065, in an effort to get Australia to the top spot.

As a non-European country they knew they'd struggle to get votes so they decided to team up with Ireland, as a seven-time champion and the ultimate QUEEEN of the Eurovision.

The plan is simple: the two countries would vote for each in the hopes that one country would be victorious in the final tomorrow night (May 12).

They found their co-conspirators in Jim Jim and Nobby from the Strawberry Alarm Clock on FM104 who went live to 1.5 million people in Sydney to make the pact official last night.

What's even better is the lads from the Strawberry Alarm Clock came up with a brilliant idea even if in the unlikely event the Aussies manage to nab the crown from us.

They asked for Australia to nominate Ireland to host the competition next year, which is pretty genius if you think about it, because Australia isn't in Europe so they can't host.

History was made when Kyle signed the treaty and faxed it over to Jim Jim and Nobby.

They even had the Australian Foreign Minister on the line to make it legit.

And she's 100% behind the plan.

Ireland is fourth on Betfair right now so this could be just what we need to win.

Tune in tomorrow night to see the plan unfold.

Lads, this could be our year.
