March, lads. We’re nearly in March.
WHERE IS ALL THIS COLD WEATHER COMING OUT OF.
Met Éireann has issued a Status Yellow weather advisory warning which has been issued for a week.
They say that: “Exceptionally cold weather is forecast for next week (commencing Friday 23rd February) with significant wind chill and severe frosts. Disruptive snow showers are expected from Tuesday (27th Feb) onwards, particularly in the east and southeast.
The advisory was issued on Friday at 12pm and has been put in place immediately until next Friday, 2nd March 12pm.
It’s going to be a long week so if you’re out and about or if you’re going to be driving at all during this cold spell, wrap up warm and take extreme caution on the road.
