One Of Aldi’s Most Popular Items Is Being Recalled Due To Overheating Concerns

Aldi Ireland has announced that they are recalling a mini fryer due to concern about the product overheating and is said to be a “safety risk”.

The Ambiano Mini Fryer precautionary recall affects products with the Aldi code 95760 and with barcodes 20072452, 20072476 and 20072469.

Aldi bosses have said that over 4,000 fryers have been sold in Irish stores and that it is one of their most popular items. 

Aldi Ireland’s statement said: “As a precautionary measure we have initiated a recall of this product due to a potential electrical fault.

“The products affected include all three variant colours: Stainless steel, red and grey.

“Please do not use this product.

“Customers are asked to return this product to the nearest store, where a full refund will be given.”
