Do you spend every waking minute binge watching on Netflix? Do you endure the shame of seeing the 'Are you still watching?' flash up every evening?

You can now binge on all your fave TV shows and feel productive, so there's new hope for fellow Netflix addicts. You can watch all day long guilt free.

An engineering student from DIT, Ronan Byrne (21), invented the Cycflix system, which helps people lose weight while Netflix and chillin'.

The system is hooked up to an exercise bike, and starts to stream the chosen show once you reach a desired speed on the bike. It pauses the show if the speed drops.

He told the Irish Sun: “I’ve seen TVs powered by a bike, but I didn’t really like that idea because it’s all endurance. You just keep going and going, there’s no workout plan.

“It’s also not very good for the TV to keep switching it on and off by just cutting the power so I wanted to make something where the user could design their workout and Netflix is really popular so I just combined the two.”

This is genius.
