An Irish teenager has reportedly drowned in Crete.
RTÉ reports that a 15-year-old female teenager has died on the Greek Island.
It’s understood the girl was found dead by her parents in the hotel swimming pool in which she was staying.
An ambulance was called, but they failed to revive the girl.
Her body is being taken for an autopsy.
It’s understood that the Department of Foreign Affairs are providing consular assistance.
