As we know by now, Khabib Nurmagomedov defeated McGregor last year in Vegas and the rivalry has just heated up ever since.
In a press conference in Moscow on Thursday, McGregor said: ‘I wouldn’t go to Dagestan to take a s**t, and that is the truth’ which is the homeland of Nurmagomedov.
Then, in a recent press conference, a reporter from Dagestan asked McGregor – “Do you remember what you say about Dagestan people yesterday? If you hate Khabib and his team, why do you say bad things about people?’
McGregor tried to explain about the ‘disrespect’ that was shown to him before the angry Dagestani man interrupted with ‘All the people? My father, my brother, you think are all cowards?’ and then lashed a water bottle in McGregor’s direction.
It was dodged before the reporter was removed from the press conference.
