In case you haven’t heard, Bob Geldof has caused a bit of a stir with his comments about Primark.

While performing with The Boomtown Rats at a rock festival in Brentwood, Essex, the ‘Band Aid’ singer passed comment on the clothing of fans in the crowd. He said,

I, for one, am wearing a f*ck off pretend snakeskin suit […] On the other hand Brentwood, you are wearing wall to wall f*cking Primark. This is a rock and roll festival. When you come to a rock and roll festival, dress for a rock and roll festival.
