7. Rafting in Dublin
Start at the beautiful Strawberry Beds and flow 8km downriver until you reach the bright lights of the city. Check out rafting.ie for more information.
8. Take the turf challenge in Galway
A three hour course at Killary Adventure Company will see you crawl through mud, slip down water slides, clamber up trees and trudge through bogs.
