'Star Wars: Episode VIII' Began Shooting In Skellig Michael Yesterday – Here's The Tease Video

Scenes featuring Luke Skywalker and Rey are being filmed

Star Wars: The Force Awakens smashed all kinds of records last Christmas, but since the next instalment in the series is two years away from release, its makers don't won't you forgetting about it.

Filming for the second film in the trilogy kicked off yesterday, starting in Ireland's own Skellig Michael, the setting for Luke Skywalker's solitary island and home of the first Jedi Temple.

Expect plenty more teasers like this over the next few years.
