It feels like it’s been cold and wet for about a million years, so today’s weather forecast is a welcome change.
Mist and fog will gradually clear this morning to give us some actual sunshine, with mild temperatures of up to 13 degrees.
There’ll be some rain this afternoon, but tomorrow will be generally dry and bright with “good spells of sunshine”.
“Highest temperatures of 8 or 9 degrees in light northerly breezes,” says Met Eireann.
Wednesday and Thursday will also be mostly dry, although temperatures are set to get a bit cooler.
So we wouldn’t go leaving your winter coat at home any time soon, but it’ll be nice to see the sun again.
