Someone in Ireland has bagged tonight’s €38.9m Euromillions jackpot and we couldn’t be happier for them.
The life-changing numbers were 04, 08, 22, 23, 48, with the lucky stars being 01 and 12 and the National Lottery is urging everyone to check their tickets.
A spokesperson said: “At this stage we don’t know if it’s a single winner or a syndicate.”
This is the third time this year that an Irish ticket has won the jackpot after Dublin work syndicate claimed a €88.5m in January and a west of Ireland syndicate scooped almost €29 million in July.
