Having Sex Once A Week Has A Very Surprising Benefit

Having sex is great for loads of reasons, and having lots of sex is even better.

But not for the reason you think.

According to a study in Psychoneuroendocrinology, having sex at least once a week stops the ageing process in women.

The Metro UK reports that the study, first published back in March, found that women who have regular sex have longer telomeres, which protect your DNA.

As you get older, your telomeres shorten, making you more susceptible to diseases.

But with regular sex, this is reduced.

The study involved 129 women, and it showed that there is a definite connection between regular sex and longer telomeres - which in turn slow down the ageing process and keeps you younger for longer!

But the bad news is, we've to take the results of this study with a pinch of salt, as the sample size was quite small and only involved mothers in committed relationships.

Not that that's going to stop us anyway.
