Sick of the heatwave yet? If so, we’ve got some bad news. Temperatures here in Ireland are set to remain pretty much in the high twenties throughout the week ahead.
The mercury will rise to 27 degrees today with the same again tomorrow. The sunny weather on Monday will be punctuated by cloudy spells for good measure.
Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday will all be warm with temperatures hitting 26 degrees before rising again to 27 or 28 next weekend.
There appears to be no end in sight but who’s complaining?
Continuing warm, dry & settled right through next week with rainfall totals less than 4mm for the bulk of the country.
Mon – Friday: Max temps will generally be in the range 22 to 26°C. Good sunshine most days but broken cloud too and occasional patchy mist/drizzle in the NW. pic.twitter.com/1ruVL7pxfF— Met Éireann (@MetEireann) July 8, 2018
