Here’s What The Weather Will Be Like This Week (Hint: It’s Not Too Bad!)

Sarah

Somehow the entire summer has only gone and passed us by (where did those months go?!), and now it’s looking like winter will soon be knocking at our doors. Ugh.

It’s not all bad though, because the week ahead is looking bright and fresh as a daisy… See?

Today: Bright and fresh day with good sunshine at times and a scattering of heavy passing showers. Highs of 15 to 17 degrees in moderate westerly breezes. Generally dry and clear overnight, feeling cool with lows of 7 or 8 degrees in westerly breezes.

Tomorrow: A cool and bright start to the day. There’ll be some dry and sunny conditions for a few hours but then increasing cloud will lead to showers breaking out, the showers more widespread and heavy in the afternoon /evening with occasional thunder. Highs of 15 to 17 degrees in westerly breezes.

Thursday: A bright fresh start to the day with sunshine for the first few hours. Cloud will build up through the morning and heavy showers will become widespread by the afternoon; occasional thunderstorms may occur. After a cool early morning temperatures will reach a high of 15 or 16 degrees. Becoming dry later in the evening, and then clear overnight but with fog patches.

The Weekend’s Weather

Friday: Mostly dry for the day with good sunshine and very few showers. Early morning fog may persist for several hours and it will be cool starting off the day but temps will reach 16 or 17 degrees in the afternoon.

Saturday: Patches of early morning fog but otherwise dry with good sunshine and highs of 17 to 19 degrees.

Sunday: Dry for the bulk of the country but rain slowly gathering near the west coast. Highs of 17 to 20 degrees.
