Here’s Where You Can Sign Books Of Condolence For The Manchester Victims Around Ireland

James Fenton

Like the rest of the world, Irish people have been shocked by the tragic events in Manchester this week.

22 people have been confirmed dead and many others injured after an explosion at the end of an Ariana Grande concert at Manchester Arena.

Today, books of condolence are being placed in a number of venues around Ireland. If you wish to put your sympathies for the victims in writing you shouldn’t have to look too far. Here’s a list of place you can pay your respects:

Dublin: A book of condolence has been open in the Mansion House on Dawson Street since 10am today and will remain open until 4pm tomorrow.

Clare: A book is open at Clare County Council and can be signed from 9am to 5pm.

Kilkenny: At the town hall until Friday.

Cork: The book of condolence will remain open at City Hall until Tuesday June 6.

Galway: A book is open from this morning until Friday afternoon.

Belfast: A book has been open at Belfast City Hall since 11.30am yesterday.

If there are any other books of condolence for the Manchester victims around Ireland that we may have missed, please let us know in the comments.
