Here’s Why A Pay Bonus Could Be Coming Your Way This Year

A whopping 70% of Irish businesses plan to give bonuses to their employees in 2017, it’s been revealed.

The figures were revealed by Abrivia Recruitment and the Trinity Business School, who surveyed over 7,000 firms across the country.

The research also revealed several other interesting stats: 84% of Irish businesses intend to take on more staff this year, 50% of employers are in favour of a six-hour workday, and pay raises across the country will be an average of 5% of people’s salaries.
