Ikea’s Latest App Lets You Virtually Design The Rooms In Your House Before Buying Any Furniture

Ikea has launched an app that could be the biggest game changer when it comes to redecorating and buying new furniture.

The app, Ikea Place, lets you virtually place furniture in a room, so you can see what the finished product would look like before actually committing to buying the furniture itself.

It would also give you an idea of whether or not the piece of furniture would physically fit into the space you have.

We can think of a few times this would've come in pretty handy, to be fair.

The app gives you a choice of more than 2,000 pieces of furniture for you to play around with.

And it seems easy enough to use. All you have to do is scan your room, choose a piece of furniture, and place it wherever you like.

Ikea Place is available to download on iTunes and Google Play.
