Irish Drivers Living In Canada Can Now Avail Of A Canadian Driving Licence

Good news for Irish drivers who are heading to Canada: you can now easily avail of a Canadian driving.

A new agreement reached between Ireland and British Columbia in Canada, means those living in Canada with a valid Irish driving licence can swap out their Irish licence for a Canadian one.

Handy.

According to the Irish Examiner, the same agreement will exist for British Columbia natives in Ireland. 

It’s understood that the Department of Transport is trying to get similar agreements with the rest of the provinces in Canada.
