Jelly Noodles And Ice Cream Ramen Could Be The Latest Food Trend

Could this be the weirdest article we ever write? Maybe.

But as someone who loves a good bowl 'o' ramen, I can't help but be a little bit excited about this idea.

A desert ramen.

Yaaasssssss.

Ramen was already kind of a food trend, but this brings it to a whole new level.

While it is called 'ice cream ramen', strangely enough it doesn't actually contain any actual ice cream. Or ramen.

But we are willing to look past this.

It does, however, have a load of melon and mango, jelly noodles and a crushed ice/condensed coconut milk combo.

And it's all drizzled with white peach syrup – drool.

So much fruit, it's basically healthy.

Ice cream ramen is being served in The Dessert Kitchen in New York, and we can't wait til it makes its way over to our shores.
