Katie Taylor Set To Be Added McGregor Undercard Following Huge Win Last Night

Last night our very own Katie Taylor fought for the first time as a pro in the USA, and as we expected, she smashed it.

Fighting on the undercard of Adrian Broner vs Mikey Garcia in Brooklyn, she came out on top in every round of her three-round fight with Texan Jasmine Clarkson.

This comes as no surprise to us back home, as we know how talented Taylor is.

Her win follows reports by the  Irish Independent that she is rumoured to be added to Conor McGregor's undercard for his fight with Floyd Mayweather.

With Mayweather in the audience for the fight last night, fingers crossed he was impressed enough by the Bray fighter to offer her a spot.

We'll just have to wait and see, and watch in awe as Katy continues on her way to becoming a World Champion.
