Met Éireann has confirmed the storm names for the rest of 2018 and 2019 and there are a few Irish representations.
Bronagh, Niamh and Saoirse will all be blowing in, the latter as a result of a public vote conducted by the weather experts.
The naming of the storms is a joint effort by Met Éireann in Ireland and the Met Office over in the UK. Perhaps storm Storm Gareth is named after Mr. Southgate who led England on their World Cup adventure this year?
There will also be a Kevin, a Max and a Peggy as well as the one we’re most excited about… Storm Ross.
