All of the ministers revealed for the new Cabinet.

Yesterday, Micheál Martin, who has led Fianna Fáil since 2011, had been voted Taoiseach of Ireland.

Ninty-three TD’s voted in favour of Micheál Martin while 63 voted against.

He then travelled to Áras an Uachtarán where President Michael D Higgins signed Martin as Ireland’s new Taoiseach.

Next, was to announce the new cabinet and here it is:

Chief Whip is Dara Calleary while Norma Foley will be Minister of Education.

The Tánaiste and Minister for Enterprise, Trade, and Employment is former Taoiseach Leo Varadker.

The Minister for Finance is Pascal Donohoe and the Minister for Foreign Affairs and Defence is Simon Coveney.

The Minister for Higher Education, Innovation and Science is former Minister of Health, Simon Harris.

The Minister for Justice is Helen McEntee and the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform is Micheal McGrath

The Minister for Media, Tourism, Arts, Culture, Sports and the Gaeltacht is Catherine Martin.

The Minister for Children, Disability, Equality and Integration is Roderic O’Gorman.

The Minister for Health is is Stephen Donnelly and the Minister for Social Protection, Community and Rural Development, and the Islands is Heather Humphreys.

The Minister for Climate Action, Communications Networks and Transport is Eamon Ryan.

The Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage is Darragh O’Brien.
