New Report Finds House Prices In Ireland Are Increasing At An Alarming Rate

A new report issued by Daft.ie has revealed that house prices in Ireland have risen by more than €2,000 a month over the past year. 

The average price of a house is €240,000 which is 11.7% higher than at this stage last year.

Over 6,000 properties were listed for sale in May which is the highest monthly total since the middle of 2008.
