A gorgeous uplifting story this morning.
GardaĆ and locals planned a special birthday surprise for Offaly native Moll Collins as she turned 100 years old on Thursday.
The centenarian was presented with flowers and a Garda visit to celebrate the day at her home in Moneygall as well as a parade and socially distanced celebration from residents of the village.

According to Offaly Express, Moneygall NS students gathered outside her home to sing a happy birthday to Moll who is described as an ‘iconic’ resident.
