Offaly village makes a big fuss for 100-year-old ‘iconic’ resident Moll Collins

Gardaí and locals planned a special birthday surprise for Offaly native Moll Collins as she turned 100 years old on Thursday. The centenarian was presented with flowers and a Garda visit to celebrate the day at her home in Moneygall as well as a parade and socially distanced celebration from residents of the village. https://twitter.com/gardainfo/status/1314510239643906050?s=20 According to Offaly Express, Moneygall NS students gathered outside her home to sing a happy birthday to Moll who is described as an 'iconic' resident.
